Our pure prime pressed cocoa butters have been setting the standard by which all others are measured for more than a century. Their outstanding stability and quality mean that they are consistently in demand by chocolate confectionery producers worldwide.

COCOA LIQUOR


Also known as cocoa liquor or cocoa paste, no other component in the production of chocolate has such an impact on the ultimate flavour outcome.


COCOA POWDERS


A vast range cocoa powders which vary in flavour from fruity natural to bitter, and in colour from vibrant red to dark brown and black. This allows manufacturers to create highly differentiated end products that meet the needs of both individual customers and vast market segments.

Dark chocolates with cocoa content as market standards or according customer specific requirement.
Milk chocolate with rich milky taste.
We offer chocolates for melting or chips/minidrops/chunks for inclusion.

The chips are bakestable.
Chocolates for melting are delivered in round shape calets.
Our chocolates are packed in 10 kg cartons with plastic innerliner.

Our range of milk, white, dark and coloured compound chocolates are very well appreciated in all imaginable chocolate applications. They are used for coating, decoration, moulding, pan coating etc. The products can be used without chocolate tempering.
